Manufacturing artisan bakery and a chain of four retail outlets with self contained patisserie and savoury kitchens.

SFBB Systems provide:

Development and ongoing review and maintenace of bakery HACCP and retail Enhanced SFBB Food Safety Management Systems. Annual food safety audits and provision of electronic food safety management E-Audits. Assistance to the bakery in achieving SALSA accreditation in 2020.

Scotsales Garden Centres

Scotsdales are one of the oldest garden centres in the UK. All three sites have large, busy Sunflower Cafes selling quality homecooked food seven days a week.

SFBB Systems provide:

Development of Enhanced Food Safety Management System, tailored for each Cafe site. Annual food safety audits, annual FSMS review and updates with ongoing consultancy advice.

Little Tums
Shoreham

2011 - present

Provider of childrens meal delivery service from a central production kitchen; delivering into school and nursery settings in and around Sussex and London. 1500+ meals a day.

Worked with this successful business from day one advising on kitchen layout, HACCP development, annual HACCP audits, annual reviews, quaterly food safety surveillance visits and ongoing training and consultancy.

Directly managed and franchised sushi restaurant, retail and home delivery concept across five outlets.

An extensive warehouse and distribution plant with a separate packing area with 7 state of the art mixing and packing lines for a large range of own brand cereals, nuts, pulses and gluten-free foods.   

SFBB Systems provide:

HACCP development, maintenance and review. Gluten-free / Ceoliac Society advice to acheive certification. Annual HACCP audits, follow up assistance and more recently, consultancy advice for obtaining SALSA accreditation.

The Butchers Blade required set-up advice and a new butchers HACCP System. This butchers achieved the top 5 FHRS at its first inspection.
