FSA Issue Revised Allergen Information Guidance - March 2025

As anticipated, since the FSA board decision in Dec 2023, some updated guidance for food allergen information in the out-of-home sector has now been issued (yesterday). This effects restaurants, cafes, delis, takeaways. The new guidance is to strengthen the allergen information provided for consumers. Click  the link here:

This is not a legal requirement, but food businesses are expected to follow the FSA  guidance as closely as possible.
