Our Clients
SFBB Systems Ltd has worked with many Local Authority food safety teams to roll out either Food Standards Agency funded SFBB projects, collaborative Local Authority projects where there is no FSA grant funding, or by assisting in the sustainability of earlier SFBB initiatives. Authorities are also working with us on ‘better compliance strategies’ for food operators and new initiatives to assist ‘poor performers’.
Since 2005 and by the end of the FSA's 4th round of SFBB funding in March 2010 the team at SFBB Systems Ltd had presented 175 seminars and delivered over 7,300 training / coaching sessions in food premises making us one of the leading providers in this sector.
Round 4 SFBB projects in 2009/10 for 12 Local Authorities resulted in 89% to 95% of the 695 businesses who received coaching moving from a confidence in management score of 30/20 to 10, 5, or 0. Furthermore, between 64% and 77% of businesses moved to a CIM score of 0/5.
