WOW! Businesses pay for coaching themselves
It has actually started. Food businesses in some local authorities are identifying the value of paying for a 3 hour one to one coaching session themselves. Sometimes this is start up businesses who really need a helping hand to get them going but often these are businesses, many of which who have been resistant to help in the past and have failed to implement satisfactory documented food safety management systems, that have been presented with improvement notices following recent inspections.
