SUCCESS AGAIN – results of our biggest project in the FSA’s 2nd round
Our motto at SFBB Systems Ltd is “We do what we say we will do”. Having been awarded the contract by South Cambridgeshire District Council (who were the lead authority on a collaborative bid of 6 authorities) half way through their programme we took on the challenge of contacting 1480 businesses, conducting 20 seminars and delivering 723 one to one coaching sessions. The project was completed with over 100% success on all targets set at the onset, and within only 6 months.
We firmly believe in demonstrating that we have happy clients, this is what Sean Missin, Procurement Officer, South Cambridgeshire District Council said at the end of the project in February 2008:
“Firstly I would like to congratulate your team for an excellent performance and excellent project management. The quality of your teams targeting, organisation skills and training delivery has made this an extremely successful programme.
Your team has achieved a 50% improvement on the previous contractor’s figures. In order to achieve your targets you were looking to target 860 businesses but you in fact contacted 1400 businesses which demonstrates and underlines the hard work that your team has put into this. The 88% take up for seminars is an impressive achievement especially considering the time, start up delays, pressures and initial switch over. Your team has also achieved 95% coaching take-up which was a key performance target. This is a staggering improvement and represents outstanding performance by your team.
