May 2010. Round 4 SFBB Projects a success
The company have completed another 3 large collaborative projects involving 12 local authorities in Cambridgeshire, Huntingdonsire, Peterborough, Kent and West Downs areas. Coaching activity in 700 businesses over a 6 months period included follow up visits to ensure that businesses had set up and successfully implemented their SFBB packs. Results from from LA evaluations show that Confidence in Management Scores have significantly improved. Between 77% and 64% of businesses coached across these projects moved to a confidence in management score of 0/5 and between 89% and 95% of businesses coached had moved upwards to Broadly Compliant. Many food safety officers have also reported evidence of other food safety practices and procedures showing an improvement and the effective SFBB coaching that SFBB Systems Ltd delivers brings added benefits. The combined effect is that many businesses being coached by SFBB Systems Ltd are being awarded higher Scores on the Doors ratings. Feedback to the FSA has shown, once again, that SFBB Systems Ltd have managed and delivered all three recent projects 100% successfully and the improvements seen in uderperforming catering businesses has been impressive.
