Remember: ‘Scores on the Doors’ initiatives are rolling out across all Local Authorities. This is where all food businesses a given a star rating by their food safety inspectors following a routine inspection, this is based solely on the premises hygiene standards. (Normally 1 star to 5 stars with 1 star being very poor and 5 stars being excellent). The successful implementation of Safer Food Better Business, or a similar documented food safety management system, will enable businesses to achieve a higher score rating. It is Food Standards Agency advice that businesses without a documented food safety management system, that is being successfully implemented, should not achieve higher than 2 stars. Quality assurance: All SFBB Systems Ltd team members are appropriately qualified
as per the Food Standards Agency (FSA) Coach training criteria. This
is at least to Advance Food Hygiene / HACCP Certificate & Trainers
Certificate. Each team member will also have been trained and quality
assessed to SFBB Systems Ltd criteria.
