Some proprietors of butchers’ premises across the country may be invited by their Local Authority Food Safety Officer to attend introductory one hour seminars to learn more about the new Butchers Food Safety Management System (HACCP based) ©. These seminars will be hosted by SFBB Systems Ltd and at the end you will be given the opportunity to sign up for your own pack and Coaching Plan. Contact details will be obtained and within a few days SFBB Systems Ltd will contact you directly to discuss your individual requirements and make the necessary arrangements.
