SFBB Systems Ltd was established in 2005 to provide food safety training and project management services to Local Authorities, catering and food businesses across the South and East of England. Initially involved in the Food Standards Agency's Safer Food Better Business initiative the company has managed 16 collaborative projects covering 39 Local Authorities and delivered coaching to over 7,300 individual food businesses on the completion and implementation of the SFBB pack.
|Recent development work on sector specific food safety management systems has resulted in a new Butchers Food Safety Management System (HACCP based) © launched in the autumn of 2010.
|Development of HACCP based systems for the farmers market /country market sectors and home caterers are in progress as well as the development of additional Safe Methods to support the Food Standards Agency’s SFBB for caterers.
SFBB Systems Ltd are one of a few specialist companies established to provide services in these sectors and their broad experience, history of project success and development skills for food safety management systems positions them as one of the leading service providers in this sector. They now provide services across the West Country, the South, South East, East Anglia and the Midlands.
The company has two senior Directors, William Wood and Nigel Wadge, a team of trainers / coaches and head office personnel for business targeting and administrative duties.
